The promised sequel is here! And it does a fantastic job of living up to the hype of the game. The graphics rendering has improved and so has the character emotions. Those who play console based games will know that it is always tricky to portray the emotions on a character’s face; this game manages to do that excellently. However, that is just a minor detail in a very long list of things that it gets right.

As with the previous versions of the game, there is not one dull moment in the game as the storyline proceeds from one mission to the other with little or no respite in between. The missions are high octane; there are a few callbacks to the previous versions in between and those who have played the previous versions will recognize them. Sniper Elite 4 Xbox One will be a worthy addition to your games collection. If you are looking for something hard hitting then this should be your pick. It has gritty action and a fast-paced narrative. No more lagging in between missions and some excellent character arcs too. The gameplay is not very long and that helps with the overall heaviness of the atmosphere in it.
